Transfer to KernelHost GmbH on April 1, 2025

Dear KernelHost customer,
We would like to inform you that our business "KernelHost - Einzelunternehmen" will, with effect from 01 April 2025, be transferred to KernelHost GmbH by way of a business transfer pursuant to Section 38 of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).
Your existing, business-related agreements will thereby transfer to KernelHost GmbH; services, prices, and balances remain unchanged. This change does not involve any amendments to our Terms & Conditions or service descriptions.
Right to object: You may object to the transfer within 3 months (an email to info@kernelhost.com is sufficient). In the event of a timely objection, your contract will remain with the previous entity (KernelHost - Einzelunternehmen); it will not be terminated automatically. We will continue to provide the service under the existing terms or offer you a new agreement with KernelHost GmbH. If no agreement is reached, we reserve the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the contractual and statutory notice periods.
