Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us -

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. In the event of a cancellation of the server rental, the remaining runtime of the server will be refunded. Please note that domain orders are exempt from withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; non-refundable transaction fees, however, cannot be reimbursed.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has provided the service in full and has only started performing the service after the consumer has given their express consent and at the same time confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
