by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. In case of a cancellation of the server rental, the remaining runtime of the server will be refunded. Please pay attention that domain orders are exempt from revocation.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one we offer, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; non-refundable transaction fees cannot, however, be reimbursed.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the amount already paid up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract services provided compared to the total scope of the services provided in the contract.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has provided the service in full and has only started performing the service after the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal if the contract is fully fulfilled by the entrepreneur.
